The Yogalinda Hot Yoga classes combine traditional hatha yoga and vinyasa flow. The series begins with breath awareness followed by the standing series which includes twists, forward bends and balancing postures. The deep release floor series follows and ends with an inversion and savasana (short meditation).
Each class may differ slightly depending on the focus of the class (hip openers, back bends etc) and the teachers creative inspired approach based on her yoga background.
