This training is for any woman willing to have an extraordinary experience. Yoga teachers, moms- to- be, mothers, doulas, midwives… You are all welcome!
This is a beautiful journey to empowerment and self-discovery. A transformative Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Flow Training that will teach you how to support pregnant women through their magic path to motherhood and to enjoy a conscious, respected and peaceful birth of their babies. The type of yoga taught is based on dynamic sequences with a Vinyasa flow base.
If you want to learn how to teach a safe, creative & full movement prenatal yoga practice, this is a great opportunity.
This immersion will prepare students to work with the special needs of prenatal and postnatal students. You will learn the art of transmitting the ancient philosophy of yoga to pregnant women, and how to support and inspire them safely and with awareness.
The program covers yoga during pregnancy and yoga during postpartum.
The training is based on a dynamic-flow yoga designed specially for pregnant women to keep them agile, flexible and strong both physically and mentally.
All postures are linked through breathing and not only help women to connect with their femininity, their sensuality and power, but also they prevent common pregnancy discomforts that might appear right from the beginning. This type of yoga also allows women to stay strong inside and out so they can face this new stage of life full of health and wellbeing.

The love of the Spanish language brought Heather to Spain in 2006. Heather is certified in teaching hot Vinyasa and prenatal yoga. Her background in business and marketing has allowed her to help yoga teachers follow their dreams in her 1 on 1 yoga business coaching services.
Krishanda Powers-Midwife: As a former UK midwife, I have over 10 years of experience helping women and their families in pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and the postnatal period. I pride myself on giving holistic loving care based on clinical and traditional midwifery skills.
My years of experience working as a midwife have allowed me to become the kind of well-rounded caregiver that I feel women sincerely need.
At present I am able to provide Breast/chest feeding support, postnatal coaching and restfulness coaching online and have great success in doing this with families around Europe. In Spain, I work as a fully insured and licensed homebirth midwife who provides one to one care in pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period as well as breastfeeding support and restfulness coaching.
Working to support women and birthing people to be confident and joyful care providers for their children is my passion and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my skills knowledge and wisdom for this purpose.
Lezanne Swart-Post Natal & Anatomy: She first discovered the benefits of Yoga in a small Iyengar Yoga studio in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1998. Lezanne is a certified Yoga teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Arts, Australia and has been teaching since 2009. In 2014, whilst pregnant with her twin babies, she completed her Prenatal Yoga certification through SansYoga. Her style of teaching encourages her students to mindfully explore their asana practice from a place of joy and fun, all the while drawing on the rich philosophical foundations of yoga. She is an instructor of our Hot Yoga Teacher Training Barcelona – 200h RYT & 300 RYT at Hot Yoga Academy.
