This anatomy course is designed for yoga teachers and interested yogis who want to take their practice to another level. We all are conscious that yoga is way more than a physical workout it is a holistic practice and by better understanding our bodies we can create and embrace the subtle levels of our being.
If we align ourselves and our students in a more organic way, our practice gets safer and prana flows free – we begin to understand and this is one of the definitions of yoga.
On this path we offer you different modules with interesting components in unique, interactive workshops that will inspire you and motivate you to keep learning more.
We will be talking about bone structures, muscles and the fascial system and we will apply them directly to yoga asanas.
“99% practice 1% theory”, sayas sri phattabi jois.
