Recently I did the “Yoga for Cancer” course run by Yogalinda to tie my passions together, but also help with some feelings I have been coping with directly. The course did just that. It taught me how to use yoga to provide help for people on their cancer journey, but also those surrounding them.

So coming into 2019 my goal is to help more people on a mental level not just a physical one through yoga and mindfulness. In 2019 Yogalinda will be doing further courses and trainings on the mind, well being and yoga as therapy.

Read more →You can’t imagine how much we miss Hot Yoga! Every day we keep track of how things are progressing at the studio. We worry every time we look at the floor without its wooden parquet, yet we feel thrilled just to think about how pretty it will look in the end. We have had to go through a couple of complicated days, feeling lost and powerless, but those times are long gone.

However when we opened our doors we were greeted by an unexpected situation that was completely out of our hands and yet, we are doing our best to try and fix it now. It filtered inside our studio and flooded our beautiful bamboo floor!
Read more →What is it that we love so much about summer? Maybe it’s the beach, the sun or travelling around. Here at Yogalinda we enjoy all of that as well, but what really makes us happy are the longer hours of light during the day. It feels like having enough time to do our jobs, spend quality moments with our friends and family and with ourselves, either reading a book, exercising, practicing yoga or meditating.
